Attention
all animal lovers (doesn't have to be dog)& camera buffs!
We invite you
to participate in the 2009 GSRNE annual photo contest. This
year's theme is:
"Our
Dogs and Their Toys”
So pull
out those cameras & start snapping! We are also staying with
the theme to help our dogs in foster care. We will have donation
baskets out the day of the walk where you can bring a **new**
toy or donate the money for us to buy the toy you choose! What a
GREAT way to help our fosters dogs!
Send in your
photos of your pets
chasing their
favorite ball, covered in toys, jumping into the pool after a
bumper toy, working hard at getting all the peanut butter out of
their kong, squeaking their favorite toy, or running after that
Frisbee. Snap a shot of your dog playing with his/her favorite
toy, and send it in! We'd love it if you'd bring along a toy for one of our
foster dogs (see the list of approved toys below)
All photo
entries will be displayed at our dog walk and winners will be
published on our website. If time allows we will try to publish
all entries on our site. We will award first, second and third
place winners as well as honorable mentions.
Contest rules
and submission information is as follows:
 The
contest is open to all amateur photographers
Both color and black & white images will be accepted. Photos may
be submitted as prints any size up to 5x7. No emailed digital
images will be accepted.
The
fee is $5.00 per entry. There is no limit to the number of times
you may enter. Please make check or money order payable to GSRNE.
Entries can NOT be returned and will become the property of
GSRNE.
By
submitting to this competition, entrants agree to allow
submitted images to be used in any promotional media related to
GSRNE.
Please put your name, address and email address and name of
animal in photo on a label on the back of the photo.
The
judge’s decision is final. Winning entries will be published on
our website. Names of winners will not be made available by
telephone or e-mail. JUDGE(S) to be announced.

20, 2009.
