Please fill out an Auction Donation form for any item. This lists the
item, the item's value, the person donating, and a short description that we use to
list the item in the catalog. We need this form completed for each item,
please!!

other rescues. If you belong to a dog club, please ask them to support us by
placing an ad or donating a gift.
