Poor Brook's owner dumped her at a local kennel and just disappeared. She was there for 2 months and though the kennel took great care of her, she was very terrified being there. Brook is a lovely girl that needs some loving and consistency in her life to help her gain a bit of confidence. She is a gorgeous dark American line GSD that is a blast to foster.

Brook is an active 5 yr old who LOVES to play fetch and is delightfully bright and sweet.  She will play until we are tired out if we let her though she plays very well by herself. She is hilarious...we have lots of balls and toys and she'll grab the blue ball...then the red....then the bone...then wait...the wiggly giggly!!!  It's fun to watch.

She is very, very intelligent and is good at figuring out what she wants. She learns so quickly! She will excel at obedience training if you are willing to give it a try.  Just show her what you want and she tries very hard to please you.

Brook loves to be patted and will come over and bump my hand if I am on the computer to let me know she would like some love please. She also loves to give kisses! She likes peanut butter and bones and loves her new kong that her FPiC bought that we fill with treats for her. She does best with mellow male dogs. She likes to be the princess.

Brook is a nice, loving dog that will do wonderfully in an active home that will stimulate her mind.  She is going to make someone a great pet. She is a sweetie!
